A plain-language summary of how this website handles information.
When you use a contact form, we receive the information you enter so we can assess and respond to your request. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request for abuse, and a Cloudflare Worker validates and routes accepted submissions.
Form submissions may include your name, work email, organisation, proposal details and the technical signals needed to prevent abuse. Accepted requests are stored in Cloudflare D1 and contact requests are automatically removed after 180 days. We do not use contact enquiries to add you to a marketing list or sell them to another organisation.
If you explicitly subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address, optional first name, language and recorded consent to send the Marketing Portugal briefing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a newsletter or by contacting us.
If you allow analytics, Google Tag Manager may load measurement tools that record page views, navigation, button and outbound-link interactions, scroll depth and form outcomes. We never send names, email addresses, messages or other form-field contents to analytics. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled.
Your analytics choice is saved in your browser and can be changed at any time through Analytics settings in the footer. If you decline, measurement tags are not loaded. Standard hosting logs may still record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access for security and reliability.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting privacy@marketingportugal.pt. We will update this policy before accounts or other new data uses are activated.
